राष्ट्रीय कृषि विकास योजना/Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana

उद्देश्य: कृषि में 4% वार्षिक विकास को प्राप्त करने के लिए
Objective: To achieve 4% annual growth in agriculture
योजना/Scheme:
(1) Launched to incentivize the states to increase their investment in Agriculture
कृषि में अपने निवेश को बढ़ाने के लिए राज्यों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए शुरू किया
(2) Scheme incentivize the States to provide additional resources in their State Plans over and above their baseline expenditure to bridge critical gaps
स्कीम राज्यों को गंभीर घाटे को पुल करने के लिए उनके आधारभूत व्यय से अधिक और उनके राज्य योजनाओं में अतिरिक्त संसाधन प्रदान करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है
(3) A state is eligible for funding under the RKVY if it maintains or increases the percentage of its expenditure on Agriculture and its Allied Sectors with respect to the total State Plan Expenditure year on year.
(3) एक राज्य आरकेवीवाई के तहत वित्त पोषण के लिए पात्र है यदि वह वर्ष में कुल राज्य योजना व्यय वर्ष के संबंध में कृषि और इसके संबद्ध क्षेत्रों पर अपने व्यय का प्रतिशत बढ़ाता है या बढ़ाता है।
(4) It covers all sectors of agriculture like/ इसमें कृषि के सभी क्षेत्रों को शामिल किया गया है जैसे:
- Animal Husbandry/पशुपालन
- Ari-Finance/कृषि-वित्त
- Agriculture Marketing/कृषि विपणन
- Agricultural Research and Education/कृषि अनुसंधान और शिक्षा
- Crop Husbandry and Education etc./क्रोप पति और शिक्षा आदि
(5) Sub Schemes of RSBY are/आरएसबीवाई की उप योजनाएं हैं:
- Bringing Green Revolution to Eastern Region : To improve rice based cropping system in eastern India/
- पूर्वी क्षेत्र में हरित क्रांति लाना: पूर्वी भारत में चावल आधारित फसल प्रणाली में सुधार
- Initiative on Vegetable Clusters : To increase production of vegetables/सब्ज़ी समूह पर पहल: सब्जियों के उत्पादन में वृद्धि
- National Mission for Protein Supplements/प्रोटीन सप्लीमेंट्स के लिए राष्ट्रीय मिशन
- Saffron Mission : Started in 2010-11; To improve saffron cultivation in JK/केसर मिशन: 2010-11 में शुरू हुआ; जे के में भगवा खेती में सुधार लाने के लिए
- Vidharbha Intensive Irrigation Development Program/विदर्भ गहन सिंचाई विकास कार्यक्रम
- Crop Diversification/फसल विविधीकरण
Framework/फ्रेमवर्क:
Under this scheme, the central government provides support to states on the basis of their own budget on Agriculture & Allied Sectors. The states are mandatory required to prepare the District and State Agriculture Plans that comprehensively cover resources and indicate definite action plans
इस योजना के तहत, केंद्र सरकार कृषि और संबद्ध क्षेत्रों पर अपने स्वयं के बजट के आधार पर राज्यों को समर्थन प्रदान करती है। राज्यों को जरूरी है कि वे जिला और राज्य कृषि योजनाओं को तैयार करें जो व्यापक रूप से संसाधनों को कवर करते हैं और निश्चित कार्य योजनाओं को दर्शाते हैं
