आंगनवाडी सेवा प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के लिए एमआईएस पोर्टल शुरू किया
▪ महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय (डब्ल्यूसीडी) ने आंगनवाडी सेवा प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के लिए प्रबंधन सूचना प्रणाली (एमआईएस) पोर्टल शुरू किया है।
▪ डब्लूडसीडीसी द्वारा डब्ल्यूसीडी के मंत्रालय द्वारा आवेदनों को जमा करने के लिए राष्ट्रीय सूचना विज्ञान केंद्र (एनआईसी) के सहयोग से और आंगनवाड़ी श्रमिक प्रशिक्षण केंद्र (एडब्ल्यूटीसी) और मध्य स्तर के प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों के माध्यम से आंगनवाड़ी सेवाएं (आईसीडीएस) प्रशिक्षण देने के लिए एनजीओ द्वारा अनुमान लगाया गया है। (MLTC)।

▪ लॉग इन पोर्टल के चरण 1 एनजीओ को संबंधित राज्यों / संघ शासित प्रदेशों के प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत करने में सक्षम होगा, जो बदले में प्रस्तावों को संसाधित करेगा और कार्यक्रम चलाने के लिए धन की आवश्यकता की सिफारिश करेगा।
▪ इस अनुरोध पर, केंद्र सरकार प्रस्ताव की जांच करेगी और धन जारी करेगी।
▪ यह यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि धनराशि को समय पर जारी किया जाए और प्रशिक्षण उद्देश्यों के लिए लाभार्थियों तक पहुंचे।
आनांगवाडी सेवा प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम
▪ कार्यक्रम यह कार्यक्रम छाता/umbrella एकीकृत बाल विकास सेवाओं (आईसीडीएस) योजना के तहत आता है जो केन्द्र प्रायोजित योजना है। आंगनवाड़ी श्रमिकों (एडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूएस), आंगनवाड़ी सहायक (एडब्ल्यूएचएस) और ए.डब्ल्यूटीसी और एमएलटीसी में सुपरवाइजर को प्रशिक्षण आंगनवाड़ी सेवाओं का हिस्सा है।
▪ हुये एडब्ल्यूटीसी और एमएलटीसी राज्य सरकारों / संघ शासित प्रदेशों के प्रशासन या राज्यों / संघ शासित प्रदेशों की देखरेख में गैर सरकारी संगठनों द्वारा चलाए जा रहे हैं। राज्य सरकार / राज्य शासित प्रदेशों को योजना के कार्यान्वयन के लिए आवश्यक धनराशि जारी करती है।

✅ MIS portal for Anganwadi Services Training Programme launched

▪️The Union Ministry of Women and Child Development (WCD) has launched Management Information System (MIS) portal for Anganwadi Services Training Programme.
▪️The portal has been developed by Ministry of WCD in collaboration with National Informatics Centre (NIC) for submission of applications and estimates by NGOs for carrying out Anganwadi Services (ICDS) Training through Anganwadi Workers Training Centres (AWTC) and Middle-Level Training Centres (MLTC).
✔️ Key Facts
▪️The phase 1 of portal will enable NGOs to submit proposals to respective states/UTs which in turn will process proposals and recommend requirement of funds for running programme.
▪️On this request, Central government will further examine proposal and release funds.
▪️It will ensure that funds are released timely and reach beneficiaries for training purpose.
✔️ Anganwadi Services Training Programme
▪️The programme comes under Umbrella Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) Scheme which is centrally sponsored scheme. The training to Anganwadi Workers (AWWs), Anganwadi Helpers (AWHs) and Supervisors at AWTCs and MLTCs is part of the Anganwadi Services.
▪️The AWTCs and MLTCs are run either by respective state governments/UT administrations or by NGOs under supervision of states/UTs. The Union Government releases funds required for implementation of scheme to states/UTs.
