“उक्त अनंतिम आवंटन आरक्षण नीति पर सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों की भावना को ध्यान में रखते हुए योग्यता-वरीयता के आधार पर किया गया है। नोटिस पढ़ता है।
नोटिस में कहा गया है कि दो या दो से अधिक उम्मीदवारों के समान अंक प्राप्त करने की स्थिति में, जन्म तिथि के अनुसार एक योग्यता क्रम तय किया जाता है (उम्र में वरिष्ठ उम्मीदवार को उम्र में उम्मीदवार से पहले रखा जाता है), प्रचलित प्रथा के अनुसार, नोटिस जोड़ा गया।
शेष आरआरबी के लिए अधिकारी स्केल- I और कार्यालय सहायक (बहुउद्देशीय) के पदों के लिए आरक्षित सूची से अनंतिम आवंटन तब किया जाएगा जब किसी विशेष राज्य में सभी आरआरबी नियुक्ति की अपनी प्रक्रिया पूरी करेंगे और रिक्तियों को आईबीपीएस को सूचित करेंगे।

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the provisional allotment under reserve list for the post of Officer Scale I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) based on the actual reported vacancies by the respective RRBs in each category and posts within a particular state, subject to availability of candidates.
Candidates can visit the official website of IBPS — ibps.in — to check and download Office Assistant and Officer Scale I provisional allotment list.

“The said provisional allotment has been done based on merit-cum-preference, keeping in view the spirit of Govt. guidelines on reservation policy, various guidelines issues by Govt. of India/ others from time to time, administrative exigency, etc,” the notice reads.
In the event of two or more candidates having obtained the same score, a merit order is decided as per date of birth (the candidate senior in age is placed before the candidate junior in age), as per the prevailing practice, the notice added.
Provisional allotment from the reserve list for the posts of Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) for the remaining RRBs will be made as and when all the RRBs in a particular State complete their process of appointment and communicate the vacancies to IBPS.
